Digital Dubai and Ericsson Partner to Explore AI-Powered Solutions for Future City Operations

Digital Dubai and Swedish technology company Ericsson have signed a cooperation agreement to explore advanced digital solutions aimed at supporting the emirate’s future city operations, public services and wider digital transformation ambitions.

The agreement creates a framework for both organisations to work together on areas including advanced connectivity, artificial intelligence-powered city operations, digital inclusion and next-generation government services.

The partnership was signed during a high-level UAE delegation visit to Sweden focused on strengthening international cooperation in digital transformation, artificial intelligence and other future-oriented sectors.

The signing took place in the presence of Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, during her official visit to Sweden leading a high-level delegation of ministers and government officials.

The visit was aimed at expanding cooperation between the UAE and Sweden, exchanging expertise and developing partnerships with leading international organisations in areas that could support Dubai’s future development.
